Artifact Trail
These are the real governance documents that produced StrataProtocol.org — public in the strata-protocol-docs repository under docs/strata/. Every link opens in a new tab. A stratum with a single document links straight to the file; a stratum with several links to its folder. Some Stratum 2 slots and the later execution-loop sessions are held back by design.
Stratum 1 — Classification
- Classification Record — the signed record fixing this project as Class 1, Category 1.3 — Platformization, before any specification was written.
Stratum 2 — Derivation
- Vision & Business Case — Layer 1 (Why): the problem, the opportunity, and the business objectives.
- Business Requirements — Layer 2 (What): the requirements derived from the vision.
- Product Requirements — Layer 3 (How): the numbered requirement set that drives each execution sprint.
- Engineering Standards — the content, testing, and UI standards every page and module is held to.
Stratum 3 — Authority Chain
- Authority Chain — the constitutional mandate that governs every AI coding session and human contribution on this codebase.
Stratum 4 — Execution Loop
- Execution-Loop Sessions — a sample of governed delivery sessions (analysis, plan, phase notes); later loops are redacted to protect proprietary detail.
Stratum 5 — Artifact Trail
The artifact trail is the whole collection — the record above, kept across the project's lifecycle. Browse the complete docs/strata tree, or start from the repository README.
For the reusable delivery scaffolding behind these documents, see the Implementation Templates.
Overview
Case Study — building the STRATA Protocol documentation platform using the STRATA Protocol itself. A self-referential Class 1.3 Platformization project on Nuxt Content and Docus, with a complete five-stratum artifact trail.
Implementation Templates
The public STRATA implementation-template prompts — frontend, backend, and Nuxt — that turn the governed method into repeatable AI delivery scaffolding, linked to the project's documentation repository.
